Monday, 31 July 2023I love these boots. Everything looks as advertised. I ordered a custom product and everything fits well. The seller responded quickly and politely to inquiries. There were some issues with shipping (logistic company, not the seller's fault), and the item was quite delayed/appeared lost, but everything was ultimately resolved and the package arrived in good shape. During the issues, the seller was patient with my concerns and gave advice on how to resolve the issue. Great experience and even better boots!
